Interested in growing your own produce and plants, but don’t have space in your backyard? Intrigued by the farm-to-fork concept? If so, Fishers Parks invites you to participate in the Community Garden Program (CGP).
The Community Garden Program (CGP) invites residents to rent a 10’ x 10’ plot of land at Cyntheanne Park to garden for the season for $30. Conventional and organic options are available, as well as a limited amount of 4’ x 9’ raised beds.
CGP gardeners are responsible for all prep, maintenance, upkeep, and winterization.
Registration for a garden plot opens the first Tuesday in January, and space fills very quickly. The official gardening season opens to registrants Saturday, April 13.
